Asparagus

Our asparagus grows like crazy. We can pick from April through August. We  have expanded the beds so more of this good stuff can grow.

Asparagus, or garden asparagus, folk name sparrow grass, scientific name Asparagus officinalis, is a perennial flowering plant species in the genus Asparagus. Its shoots are used as a spring vegetable but can produce into late summer.
